Uzun yıllar Amerika'da yaşayan ve sıkı bir rock müzik tutkunu olan Türker Otcu, daha önce de Fikret Kızılok'un Zaman Zaman şarkısını cayır cayır rock gitarlar, funky tınılar, blues'vari vokaller ile yepyeni bir versiyonunu yayınlamıştı.

Ankara Devlet Konservatuarı mezunu Türker Otcu; uzun yıllar aralarında Harun Kolçak, Egoist ve Ayna gibi birbirinden değerli sanatçı ve grupların da yer aldığı isimlerle birlikte çalıştı. 2000 yılında ani bir kararla Amerika'ya yerleşme kararı alan ve 2018 yılına kadar orada uluslararası tecrüeler edinen müzisyen; çok özlediği Türkiye'ye geri dönme ve üretimlerine burada devam etme kararı aldı.

Ankara doğumlu Türker Otcu, Ankara Devlet Konservatuarı'ndan mezun olur olmaz müzisyenlik kariyerini (Harun Kolçak, Egoist ve Ayna Grubu gitaristliği) önce Ankaradan İstanbula ve  2000 yılında da Amerika'ya taşımış ve orada uluslararası bir tecrübeyle perçinleyip 2018 yılında ülkemize geri dönmüştür. Onun müzisyen & şarkıcı kimliğine inanan önemli virtüözlerden kurulu grubu Türker OTCU Band'i kurmuş (bass gitarda İsmail Soyberk, tuşlu çalgılarda Eser Taşkıran, davulda Aydın Şeref) ve Kadıköy'deki en gözde rock müzik mekanlarında sahne almaya başlamıştır. Kendi ve grup arkadaşlarının tecrübesini stüdyo kayıtlı single lara da yansıtan Otcu, önce Fikret Kızılok'un unutulmaz eseri "Zaman Zaman" ı ve şimdilerde ise Esmeray'dan bildiğimiz "Unutama Beni" isimli parçaları coverlamıştır. Türker Otcu Kadıköy mekanlarında yakaladığı başarıyı tüm Anadolu'ya yaymak amaçlı konserlere ağırlık verme kararı almıştır ve yoluna emin adımlarla devam etmektedir.
